DOIT Software is an IT Staff Augmentation company. We work with clients worldwide (primarily in the USA, Canada, and Europe). We are a result-oriented team that is looking for dedicated professionals to join our growth journey.

We are now seeking a Project Manager to join our internal team. The PM will oversee our current outsourcing projects.

Responsibilities:

• Communicate with project stakeholders;
• Create and maintain project plans to make sure they correctly reflect the status at any time;
• Gather and transform requirements and feedback into tasks;
• Coordinate the development process: control tasks and deadlines, interact with business users and developers;
• Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks and challenges;
• Manage product delivery process;
• Form a profile to request additional resources (team members) for the project, if needed;
• Monitor reports in the tracking system;
• Participate in the candidate selection process (later).

Requirements:

• 2+ years in IT Project Management;
• Upper-Intermediate or higher level of English;
• Deep knowledge of Project management lifecycle and best practices;
• Experience in working with foreign customers (US, EU, Canada);
• Effective time management and prioritization skills;
• Strong leadership, negotiating, and delegating abilities;
• Understanding the mobile and web development lifecycles;
• Team performance management experience;
• Risk management experience and problem-solving skills;
• Adaptability to changing project needs and technology trends.

Would be an advantage:

• Requirements development, wireframing of screens.
