Junior Lead Generation Specialist

Core Responsibilities:

You will be responsible for communication and building relationships with potential and new customers and partners. You will report directly to the СEO.

Serving as the primary point of contact, you will:

  • Run outbound and inbound prospecting.
  • Research, identify prospects, and find relevant points of contact.
  • Creatively approach each prospect with personalized messages. Use best practices.
  • Process and respond to incoming requests from potential customers in a timely manner.
  • Qualify incoming leads based on predefined criteria to determine their fit for our services (establish the scope, needs, pains, budget, deadline, decision-maker & process, key terms & expectations).
  • Schedule introduction calls or meetings.
  • Arrange business trip scheduling.
  • Build and maintain positive and professional relationships with prospects through regular communication.


  • Advanced English level.
  • 1+ years in the IT Outsourcing/Staffing industry.
  • Ability to communicate with customers in the EST time zone.
  • Solid understanding of the IT industry, market knowledge, main client’s pains and needs.
  • Curious and proactive. Focused on exceeding expectations by providing value at any stage of communication.
  • Personal interest in client service and client success; enjoy working with people, with natural and effective relationship-building skills.
  • Attentive to details.
  • Strong communication skills.
  • Excellent business writing skills.
