About the Project
We are developing next-generation autonomy systems used by the Armed Forces of Ukraine. Your work will directly impact national defense capabilities and reshape the future of autonomous aerial warfare. DoD Solution is building next-generation interceptor, FPV, and fixed-wing drones with advanced thermal guidance and autonomous targeting. We are looking for a Technical Product Manager to own the product direction for flight control and guidance systems from battlefield requirements to deployed solutions.

What You’ll Own
• Product roadmap for thermal guidance & autonomous flight subsystems
• Translation of operational needs into technical requirements
• Guidance and control features for interceptor, FPV, and fixed-wing UAVs
• Product decisions across PX4, ArduPilot, Betaflight
• Embedded Linux solutions on NVIDIA Jetson and Qualcomm SoCs
• Field-test feedback loops and rapid iteration

Who We’re Looking For
• 5+ years in Technical Product Management or Robotics/Autonomy
• Strong understanding of UAV flight control & embedded systems
• Hands-on experience with autopilots and Linux hardware
• Comfortable working in fast, high-stakes environments

Nice to Have
Defense or aerospace background, thermal vision, AI-based targeting, field testing experience
