What you need for this
Required experience:
- 5+ years in Pre-Sale Management experience
- Client proposal creation experience
- 4+ years of project management experience
- English level C1 or fluent
- Proven experience with the Defence domain
- Experience in managing projects of 10+ people
- Strong technical background (software engineering or testing) with the ability to deeply understand the scope/priorities and engage in technical discussions with stakeholders and project teams
- Daily presence in the DoD Solution delivery location (Lviv)
- Experience in staffing, project scheduling, risk and change management, effort estimating, software engineering practices, and improving team velocity
- Strong understanding of SDLC and methodologies
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Strong stakeholder management skills and ability to establish solid working relationships with clients
- Strong organizational and leadership skills
- Self-motivated, multitasking, result-oriented a quick thinker-doer;
- Advanced level of writing and verbal English.
