Finhost is a fintech product company that helps businesses launch their own neobanks, payment services, and financial solutions using our ready-to-use platform. As we continue to scale, we’re looking for a Sales Assistant to support our sales operations.
This role is ideal for someone with early sales experience who wants to develop quickly in B2B SaaS/fintech sales.

Requirements:
- Basic knowledge of IT technologies.
- English level — Upper-Intermediate (B2+).
- Understanding of the B2B sales process.
- Experience working with CRMs (HubSpot, Pipedrive, Snow.io).
- Strong business communication and basic copywriting skills.
- High level of self-organisation and motivation to grow into an independent Sales Manager.
- 6+ months of experience in sales or lead generation would be a big plus.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support and streamline the sales process to shorten the deal cycle.
- Create proposal drafts.
- Write follow-ups, warm-up emails, and reminders.
- Maintain order across accounts, documentation, and email threads.
- Prepare briefs before sales calls.
- Take and structure call notes.
- Communicate with delivery teams and other internal departments.
- Keep the CRM up to date — every lead must have a current status and a clear next step.
