3+ years in Android Development in Java
1+ years of experience in Kotlin
Experience in creation projects from scratch
Strong understanding of Activity, Fragment, View lifecycles
Strong experience in usage of Android Support Library, Retrofit, Butterknife, Dagger2, RxJava/RxKotlin and other popular Android Libraries
Experience in development of custom UI controls
Strong knowledge and understanding of Clean Architecture, MVP, MVVM, DI
Good understanding of DRY, SOLID, KISS principles
Upper-intermediate English

Background or past experience with other technologies (WEB, API, iOS, etc...)
Experience in Unit and Integration testing (JUnit, Mockito, Espresso, Robolectric)
Experience in CI setup and/or maintenance
Good communication skills
Optimization, refactoring, profiling, bug fixing skills
Ability to give clear recommendations regarding the code quality improvement
Good attention to details
Self-motivation and pro-activeness
