— Experience with Windows Server 2016 (Exchange, SCCM, AD DS, DNS, DHCP, DFS, WSUS);
— Experience with Linux servers (Ubuntu server, CentOS);
— Experience with monitoring services (Zabbix, Grafana);
— Virtualization: VMware vCenter Server;
— Experience with GCP;
— Software Troubleshooting (macOS, Windows, Ubuntu Linux, VPN, etc.);
— Network troubleshooting (knowledge of port tracing, building cables, and comfortable in network closets);
— User request and incident management;
— IAM principles and approaches;
— Experience with Atlassian products: JIRA, Confluence, and Servicedesk;
— Knowledge of ITIL framework;
— Asset management principles;
— Configuring, supporting the domain systems of Active Directory, Proxy servers, GMail corporate services, antivirus servers, Remote Desktop Help. Knowledge, planning, and implementation of the local area network (LAN);
— Networking experience: routers (Mikrotik), switchers (UniFi), PFsense WLAN, VPN tunnels, IPSec, EoIP, VLANs, 802.1x, Radius servers, firewalls; DNS, DHCP.
— Strong organizational skills;

— Perform “hands-on” work on behalf of a DevOps, Security or other teams;
