— 3+ years of experience on product manager position preferably in gaming / cybersport industries;
— Experience in developing, implementing and ensuring the profitability of e-commerce and web products in different areas;

— At least Upper-intermediate level of English.

UI/UX team is awaiting: make usability audit along major customer journeys of the current product; design beautiful and convenient user interface reflecting the contemporary style of DMarket brand for web and mobile applications.
Business analysis: describe in business terms which new product features should be implemented and how value would be delivered to a customer; prioritize product backlog to match actual commercial context; help engineering team to mitigate technological risks by balancing business expectations.
Product development: drive implementation of product features by software development team via continuous participation in sprints as product owner following scrum methodology; establish effective communication with key stakeholders and manage their expectations.
Data analytics: define key product performance indicators and set up continuous tracking of corresponding product metrics; regularly observe key indicators and react on deviations in product performance; dig for root causes of performance issues; model and run multivariate and A/B tests striving for optimal product performance and commercial results.
Customer value management: design and continuously improve customer value management process aiming to retain and engage registered users via timely and relevant
Marketing: define an addressable market for the product, segment product customer base, clarify segments’ needs, choose key messages; plan and execute effective marketing communication to build awareness and acquire new users. Ensure proper ROMI
Content and SEO: define product content strategy — choose pillar content topics to build the credibility of major search engines in corresponding subjects and reach aspired ranks for selected phrases and keywords to get organic traffic; track volume and quality of organic traffic vs budget.
