We launched an e-commerce Steam™ skins trading platform with 2 million visitors monthly and became the World’s TOP #1 merchant of digital goods. And now we are developing a new worldwide project.

About the project: DMarket is a new ecosystem where gamers, developers, and entrepreneurs can efficiently and securely evaluate and trade virtual items. We combine blockchain technologies and seven years of industry experience to open this multi-billion dollar market to the existing world economy.

Responsibilities:

• Lead design and development on the blockchain infrastructure elements
• Serve as the organization’s SME and advise on blockchain integration techniques including the proper use of relevant APIs and libraries
• Work with the Platform Assurance team and Information Security to establish proper operations, management, and security controls and processes
• Engage in both product definition and development of the microservices related to blockchain integration
• Provide guidance related to securing interactions between the core cloud platform and various blockchain technologies.
  

Requirements:

• B.S. in Computer Science or Software Engineering
• At least 3 years of experience with blockchain technology integrations including a deep understanding of blockchain concepts and hands-on development experience
• Proven expertise implementing Bitcoin and Ethereum nodes (validator, full, archive)
• EVM compatible smart-contract development
• Significant exposure to integration with blockchain developer platforms such as QuickNode, Blockdaemon, or Alchemy

Would be a plus:

• Understanding and implementing different types of consensus mechanisms in blockchain

Would be nice to have:

• Experience with developer-oriented blockchain technologies such as Ethereum smart contracts and Web3 libraries
• Experience with financial systems or other environments with high transaction throughout and stringent security requirements
• Experience working with agile methodologies (Kanban, CI/CD, TDD, Paired Programming)
• Experience with Google Cloud and GKE
