Requirements:
- 2+ years experience of successful closing vacancy in IT sphere;
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, high level of empathy;
- Strong knowledge of different interview techniques (main focus on identifying soft skills);
- Be professional in different sourcing and recruiting tools (not just LinkedIn);
- Focused on the result, having real passion to close complex positions;
- Intermediate level of English.
Responsibilities:
- Leading full cycle of the recruitment process (IT/Digital, Marketing/Data Analytics Vacancy);
- Source talents with preferred sourcing methods and tools;
- Creating complete and detailed job descriptions according to job responsibilities and business requirements;
- Built strong and effective relationships with hiring managers;
- Coordinating testing when necessary for candidates, writing feedbacks, discussing candidates with decision-makers.
Will be a plus:
- Technical background, deep understanding of different technologies;
- Understanding of IT market trends.
