  • 3+ years of successful work in a senior marketing role (or on high-impact marketing projects) in a tech company
  • Passion for building a strong brand and creating engaging communication
  • Strong drive to get things done, inspire teams, and productively challenge the status quo
  • Proven skill to judge the design and copywriting work, excellent creative instincts
  • Strong skill to write clear, inspiring briefs and set expectations from internal and external vendors
  • Hands-on experience with marketing strategy planning, a firm grasp of current marketing tools and frameworks
  • Knowledge of digital marketing toolkit, relevant for B2B ( LinkedIn Ads, Google Analytics)
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, and ability to collaborate both with teams and stakeholders to solve problems
  • Proven experience of working with marketing services vendors, comprehension of the bidding process
  • Good analytical skills, comfortable working with data to inform decisions
  • Advanced level of spoken and written English

Would be a plus:

  • B2B tech company marketing experience
  • Strong English copywriting skills
  • Sufficient knowledge of web development to set tasks and expectations for corporate website improvement
  • Marketing team management
  • Practical experience with workflow management tools (Jira), collaboration software (Confluence, Miro)


  • Lead and develop the marketing business
  • Apply your innovative vision to shape our brand perception and tone of voice
  • Create top-notch distinctive communication, with a focus on B2B
  • Inspire and brief external and internal teams to deliver fantastic communication assets on time and on-brand
  • Plan and adjust the media plan across owned, paid, and earned media mix
  • Grow relations with current and find new marketing services vendors (PR, creative, events)
  • Communicate the marketing strategy and report activity results on various organizational levels (from C-level to project teams)
  • Understand which elements of marketing strategy work and why, and continuously track the effectiveness of the marketing initiatives
  • Work closely with teams to translate product plans and commercial needs into actionable marketing initiatives
