Project Manager (вакансія неактивна)

Experience in the position of Project Manager for at least 2-3 years;
In-depth understanding of the software development life cycle;
Strong practical experience with Scrum/Kanban;
English Upper intermediate, the experience of working with native speaker clients (USA, Britain, Australia, Canada) — MUST;
Experience in running several projects in parallel;
Experience in drawing up a project plan (roadmap), timing, risk analysis, project reporting, writing, project documentation;
Deep knowledge of Jira entities;
Good analytical and strategic thinking, attention to detail, the ability to observe the balance of business desires and the capabilities of the technical team;
Technical background.

Manage team (up to 8 people);
Plan/Monitor delivery;
Coordinate project team, manage workload and allocate resources between project teams;
Provide leadership and motivation of team members to meet project objectives;
Own decision making within a defined level of authority;
Take ownership of the project to drive problems to resolution;
Define priorities and make things be completed in time;
Proactively communicate project status, issues, and risks to Product owner;
Prepare project reports, develop and maintain project documentation;
Design, maintain releases during each iteration, organize and facilitate Scrum ceremonies;
Drive process improvement — identify inefficiencies in the processes, suggest and introduce improvements.
