We’re looking for an experienced Business Development Manager to help us expand our sales capabilities and build long-term relationships with our customers.
We work to provide the best solutions possible, which means you will need to dive deep into the customer’s idea, be able to ask the uneasy questions and offer solutions to customer needs in a frank, straightforward and professional manner. Our clients see us as an expert software consultancy company, which means, you should be able to explain why we offer a specific solution and how it will work.
You will work closely with the Head of Sales and BD who will guide and help you get used to our company processes and specifics. Once you finish your probation, you’ll have an opportunity to participate in BD activities like international events, roadshows, partnership programs on behalf of Django Stars.
3+ years of experience in international sales or international business development
Experience in IT services B2B sales
C1/C2 English proficiency level
Advanced understanding of IT processes and Software Development Life Cycle
Advanced understanding of Marketing and Business Development processes
Experience of setting up and working with Sales automation tools would be a plus

Preparing commercial proposals
Leading and coordinating relationships between stakeholders from Django Stars side (business analysts, project managers, developers, marketing professionals) and client’s side (roles depend on the company type) during the sale cycle
Building long-term relationships with our clients
Understand real customers’ needs and readiness for cooperation
Work with existing leads database (reactivation)
Ability to mentor junior team members and conduct interviews with candidates would be a plus
We build custom software for clients from Switzerland, the United Kingdom, Germany, and the USA since 2008, and expand to the MENA region. We mainly focus on creating Fintech, Traveltech, Proptech, and transportation solutions, and help our clients as software consultancy professionals.
