Thank you for leaving your thoughts, and I’m sorry to hear that your experience was not what you expected it to be. As a company, we have very ambitious goals, and so we hire equally ambitious and determined employees that are excited about the journey we’re on and motivated to help us achieve those, and many employees reach their targets month on month.

Our offices in Ukraine were quite new when you joined, and expanding fast, so we of course made some changes along the way to improve our employee’s work life by changing office location to fit the size of the team, and appendix agreements to improve benefits programs. We do cover taxes, and social security.

Sometimes working in a scale-up can feel like navigating the open sea during a storm with no compass and no sunlight, but that is how you achieve greatness and disrupt markets with new technology. We make mistakes but we also address them and make improvements as we go. We want to nurture our employees in the best way to enable them to reach their targets and improve their skills, but we are also honest and direct about when it is not the right fit for both employee and company.
