We are looking for a proactive, experienced recruiter who is ready to work as an independent specialist and be involved in HR activities during the low season of vacancies.

Divoro www.divoro.com is a provider of Cyber Security & Technology services to Diversis Capital www.diversis.com, a top global investment fund. We are looking for an experienced IT recruiter who will play a leading role in creatively identifying and engaging top cybersecurity talents. Currently, we are a team of 30 and we are growing fast. It’s a full-time role, 100% remotely. Fluent English is a must because of work with US-based companies.

Responsibilities:

Find and engage top talent candidates.
Work with hiring managers to determine hiring needs.
Developing job descriptions.
Attracting suitable candidates through databases, online employment forums, social media, etc.
Proactively develop applicant database via active recruiting, obtaining referrals, and re-activating candidates.
Establish strong candidate relationships.
Conducting interviews. Assessing applicants’ knowledge, skills, and experience to best suit open positions.
Prioritize tasks and manage your time effectively.
To be ready for a quickly changing environment and position prioritization according to business needs.
Regularly track and analyze pipeline and recruiting performance. Providing recruitment reports.
Recommend and drive improvements to enhance and scale our overall recruiting practice.

Requirements:

3+ years of experience in IT Recruitment.
Upper-intermediate English is a must.
Strong full-cycle recruiting experience in a software/tech company.
Knowledge of various recruiting tools.
Experience with recruitment processes and databases.
Well-versed in definitions of different technical roles and technologies.
The ability to conduct interviews.
Solid networking skills.
Excellent communication skills.
Good interpersonal skills.
Good decision-making skills.
