About the Role

We are looking for a highly skilled Senior Network & Streaming Infrastructure Engineer to join our team in the Lviv office. In this role, you will take ownership of supporting and optimizing our core network infrastructure and high-availability streaming environments. Your work will directly impact the efficiency of Ukrainian STB (Set-Top Box) development and QA teams, ensuring seamless daily engineering operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain and support the streaming infrastructure used by all Ukrainian STB developers and testers
• Ensure stable and uninterrupted operation of streaming environments critical for daily engineering and testing activities
• Troubleshoot and resolve streaming-related incidents with high impact across multiple teams
• Work closely with developers and QA engineers to ensure reliable stream delivery and system performance
• Ensure stable and reliable operation of the network infrastructure
• Configure, administer, and support network equipment
• Participate in network upgrades and infrastructure improvements

Skills & Requirements

• 4+ years of experience in network administration and support
• Practical experience with enterprise network infrastructure
• Experience with network services: AD, DNS, DHCP
• Ability to configure and support network equipment: Cisco, Mikrotik
• Understanding of information security principles: VPN, IPS, DDoS protection
• Knowledge of networking protocols at CCNA level or higher, including management and monitoring of Wi-Fi infrastructure
• Understanding of network and information security principles: VPN, Firewalls, DDoS protection
• Knowledge of networking protocols and technologies (OSPF, VLAN, TCP/IP); CCNA/CCNP level knowledge is a plus
• Experience in diagnosing and troubleshooting network incidents
• Experience with monitoring and logging systems (Zabbix, Prometheus, Grafana, or similar)
• Familiarity with media traffic delivery concepts such, multicast and QoS is a strong advantage
  
  

Additional requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Telecommunications, or a related technical field.
• Confident command of Linux and Windows environments.
• Intermediate English proficiency (B1 or higher), with the ability to handle technical documentation and communication.
• A strong desire to learn and grow within modern network and streaming platform technologies.
