Searching for leads’ contact information over the Internet or dedicated resources
Attracting new potential clients (leads) in social networks
Regular use of active and passive clients engaging channels (messengers, social services, etc.)
Timetable meetings/introductory calls for sales managers
Customers’ support with typical questions
Submitting potential clients with the relevant presentations and portfolios in order to demonstrate the company’s solutions
CRM maintaining and support of contracts with customers
Develop and monitor metrics to measure performance and quotas and achieve daily, weekly, and monthly targets
General maintenance for the marketing and sales team
