We are looking for a proactive and strategic Account Manager to join Dinarys GmbH and drive long-term client success. In this role, you will own client relationships end-to-end during the delivery phase, ensuring transparency, growth, and high-quality service.
You’ll act as the key bridge between clients, delivery teams, and internal stakeholders—balancing operational excellence with strategic account development.
Key Responsibilities
- Own and manage client relationships during the delivery phase
- Ensure clear and structured reporting to stakeholders
- Handle escalations and resolve issues in a timely manner
- Identify and drive upsell opportunities within existing accounts
- Develop account growth plans, highlighting risks and blockers
- Collaborate closely with Solution/Delivery teams to ensure alignment
- Contribute to and execute account strategy
- Maintain strong proactive communication with clients
- Manage legal and contractual processes:
- Preparation and coordination of documentation
- Ownership of signatures and approvals
- Responsibility for Statements of Work (SoW) and contracts during delivery
- Support marketing initiatives:
- Work with clients to collect testimonials and reviews on platforms
- Strengthen client advocacy and brand presence
Requirements
- Proven experience as an Account Manager / Customer Success Manager / Project Manager in IT or digital services
- Strong experience managing clients during delivery phases
- Experience with contracts, SoW, and legal documentation processes
- Demonstrated ability to upsell and grow accounts
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
- High level of proactivity and ownership
Languages:
- English — B2+
- German — B2+ (nice to have)
