Our ITOutposts team is looking for an experienced IT Sales Manager to work with clients from the USA, Europe, and Asia markets.
We are looking for ambitious, motivated and result — oriented Sales professional who wants to develop a career and grow in sales. We are committed to providing you with support by experienced professionals so you can succeed in the Sales role.

Requirements:

— 3+ years of experience in IT sales/business development for the US or Europe markets;
— Advanced level of English, both written and spoken, is a must;
— Experience in planning and implementing sales strategies;
— Be able to drive the sales process from plan to close;
— Be able to communicate with the delivery and development teams during pre-sale and ability to create a “helicopter view” for potential clients;
— Strong negotiation, persuasion, networking skills;
— Knowledge of CRM systems;
— Understanding of software development lifecycle.

Responsibilities:

— Contribute to the sales expansion and strategy;
— Acquire new clients by growing, maintaining, and leveraging warm leads, converting them into sales opportunities;
— Identify features of target business verticals in order to offer the most suitable solution for the potential client;
— Prepare and organize sales materials, including presentations and proposals;
— Prepare offers, agreements, and invoices;
— Perform comprehensive market and industry research;

— Work with the top of the funnel;
— Work with a cold audience;
— Work with CRM;
— Provide periodic updates and report to the Head of Department;
— Achieve weekly/monthly KPI’s.
