Project Manager

— Experience in managing small/med/bigger projects (200/1000/3000+ hrs), proven high project success rate
— Experience in managing collocated and distributed teams of small/mid-size (3-15 people)
— Good understanding of the Outsource business model and its difference with the product or inhouse models
— Good theoretical knowledge of agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban, XP, Lean). Understanding the pros & cons of applying one or another.
— Experience in product representation in EU/US.
— Basic selling skills (understanding the nature of Sales process, pipe stages, objections processing, etc)
— Experience in using task trackers (JIRA or other)
— Basic experience in using spreadsheets for data analysis:
• calculating averages, means, products
• basic trend analysis
• conditional data manipulation
— Basic understanding of DevOps process (deployments, CI, A-QA integration, DevOps roles)
— English — upper-intermediate / advanced (good pronunciation)
