• have understanding of the QA process, test strategy and test plans creation and maintaining etc.;
• focus on value that QA process brings to the business and design it accordingly;
• are able to plan and execute manual testing of the new features, regression testing, smoke testing etc.;
• create test cases based on requirements and to run them once implementation is done;
• have experience leading QA processes;
• have a proactive attitude;
• have previous experience working in an enterprise environment;
• have experience with bug tracking software (esp. JIRA), test management tools etc.;
• have experience testing Web applications: cross-browser, cross-platform (responsive), markup testing, performance etc.;
• write clear and understandable documents, have reporting skills;
• are a team-player;
• communicate with the team and customer’s representatives in Russian and English.

• have previous experience of remote work;
• have basic understanding of ITSM/ITIL;
• have experience working with ServiceNow® platform.

Обязанности

• Ensure high product quality and retain on this level in the long run, take responsibility for product quality;
• Maintain effective QA process taking into consideration interests of product manager, business owner and other project stakeholders;
• Take part in all testing activities and phases (perform quality checks, manual testing, test design and so on.);
• Validate incoming bugs and defects before passing them on to the team;
• Establish efficient communication regarding quality-related matters both inside the team and with external stakeholders;
• Understand functional use of platform and be able to translate this into accurate and realistic exploratory tests;
• Prepare test cases, and consult with team on testing options and strategies, including applicable regulatory requirements;
• Execute and monitor testing activities and ensure they are completed as expected.
