— you use variety of sourcing techniques (keen on X-ray and Boolean search);
— you are good at coordinating the cooperation with different job sites;
— you are experienced in assessing the external labor market conditions as well as providing competitor analysis, market salary statistics etc.;

Prioritisation, time-management, planning (ability to deliver in time, coordinate next steps in hiring);

Proactivity and problem solving (focus on constant ideas generation, non-standard solutions);
Analytical thinking;
Emotional maturity and adaptability;
English — upper-intermediate;
Tools proficiency (add-ons for recruitment, ATS, tracking systems);

As the Researcher your goal would be:
To generate a pipeline of talent for the company;
In cooperation with TA team to design, support and implement TA strategy, build and embed our talent brand through different communication channels;
In cooperation with Event and marketing specialist run and develop campaigns targeted at our different talent segments and generate DI brand awareness online and offline.

The detailed expectation towards the role includes the following:

1) Active search of the candidates (especially in case of massive hiring, burning positions etc.) and preparation of the pools of potential candidates;
2) Candidate pre-screening and interviews coordination;
3) Researches of different technologies, external educational events and conferences;
5) Constant work with ATS CleverStaff with the focus on the database ongoing improvement;
6) IT market data collection and analysis;
7) Measurement of the recruiting channels effectiveness and providing valuable insights and recommendations;
8) Management of job posting process incl. social networks;
