Experience & Education:
— you have 1 year of hands-on talent management experience (preferably in IT);
— had a chance to deal with the different HR stacks — from adaptation to performance management;
— you are fond of taking part in the brainstorms, non-trivial tasks and are also updated about the latest IT HR trends;
As an additional plus you:
— have hands-on talent acquisition experience in IT and are knowledgeable in Kiev IT market
— are a confident user of Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) (CleverStaff in particular);
— are familiar with Agile practices in HR;
