Our company is the ’Wright Brothers’ in PrivatJet Aviation software industry and developing cutting edge solutions for the industry leader. Our Web and Mobile applications provide the end to end automation for the Sales, Operations and Finance teams, it is daily processing thousands of events and generating millions in sales.

What Will You Do?

• Watch the flow and facilitate changes;
• Drive delivery in a customer facing capacity;
• Manage business processes and scope documentation;
• Work collaboratively with the Customer and Product manager to create user stories;
• Prioritise and backlog management;
• Execution Control (WorkForce Management).

What Will You Need?

• 3+ years of experience in Business process management, modelling and documenting;
• Good understanding of Software development life cycle (from the kick-off/initial requirements gathering and till the support phase of the project);
• Strong and effective communication skills in English;
• Good understanding of Agile development principles and proven ability to lead teams in an Agile environment;
• Understanding of software development practices such as BDD, TDD principles, CI/CD and Web/Mobile technologies;
• Experience working with clients directly;
• Ability to build effective cross-functional teams.
