What Will You Do?
- Serve as an employee relationship expert and strategic partner for business, as well as a change agent — driving and supporting changes in the organisation;
- Consult and advise in career growth questions;
- Focus on HR full cycle activities and strengthening company’s middle management;
- Be the trend setter and info holder about company’s policies and procedures;
- Handle and mitigate retention risks, coordinate counter offers;
- Cooperate with the wide range of stakeholders (from business owners to PMO office, middle management in the teams and employees);
- Take part in the brainstorms, non-trivial tasks and are also updated about the latest IT HR trends.
What Will You Need?
- 2+ years of hands-on talent management experience (preferably in IT);
- Experience with HR stacks — from adaptation to performance management, L&D, Total rewards etc.;
- Knowledge in assessing employees potential, identifying gaps, providing soft skills workshops;
- Strong communication and persuasion skills;
- Prioritisation, time-management, planning skills;
- Proactivity and problem solving (focus on constant ideas generation) skills;
- EQ, emotional maturity and adaptability;
- Client-orientation;
- Leadership and influence skills;
- Employee relationship management skills;
- Performance management skills;
- Negotiation and expectation management skills;
- Change and risks management skills;
- English: upper-intermediate.
