Role and responsibilities:
Becoming a part of Digitally Inspired Talent Management team you are to do the following:
- serve as an employee relationship expert and strategic partner for business, as well as a change agent — driving and supporting changes in the organisation;
- consult and advise in career growth questions;
- focus on HR full cycle activities and strengthening company’s middle management;
- be the trend setter and info holder about company’s policies and procedures;
- handle and mitigate retention risks, coordinate counter offers;
- cooperate with the wide range of stakeholders (from business owners to PMO office, middle management in the teams and employees);
Experience & Education:
- you have 2 years of hands-on talent management experience (preferably in IT);
- had a chance to deal with the different HR stacks — from adaptation to performance management, L&D, Total rewards etc.;
- strong communication and persuasion skills;
- you are knowledgeable in assessing employees potential, identifying gaps, providing soft skills workshops
- you are fond of taking part in the brainstorms, non-trivial tasks and are also updated about the latest IT HR trends;
As an additional plus you are familiar with:
- Agile practices in HR;
- Coaching;
