Analyst — Gambling Industry

Key Responsibilities:

•Player Evaluation & Traffic Analysis:

•Assess and interpret player data to evaluate performance and value.

•Analyze traffic sources to understand ROI and optimize marketing efforts.

•Reporting & Data Visualization:

•Develop and maintain reports on player segmentation, communication channel effectiveness, bonus utilization, and gaming KPIs.

•Create dashboards and visualizations using Looker Studio, Tableau, and PowerBI to present insights to stakeholders.

•Infrastructure & Process Understanding:

•Comprehend and contribute to the infrastructural processes of gambling operations.

•Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline operations and implement data-driven strategies.

•Bonus Systems & Effectiveness:

•Analyze the impact of bonus schemes on player retention and engagement.

•Provide recommendations to optimize bonus offerings for maximum effectiveness.

Qualifications:

•Bachelor’s degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, or a related field.

•Proven experience working as an Analyst in the gambling or/and betting industry.

•Deep understanding of traffic ROI principles and player evaluation methodologies.

•Proficiency with databases such as MongoDB, PostgreSQL, and ClickHouse.

•Expertise in data visualization tools like Looker Studio, Tableau, and PowerBI.

•Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets.

•Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.

•Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.

Preferred Qualifications:

•Familiarity with player segmentation techniques and communication channel analysis.

•Experience in analyzing and optimizing bonus systems within the gaming industry.

•Knowledge of gaming industry regulations and best practices.
