About the Project
We are collaborating with an AI-powered productivity platform that helps people automate repetitive tasks and workflows. The product has been live since 2023, is growing rapidly after reaching profitability, and recently secured a $20M Series A to fuel expansion.

Tech Stack
- Elixir, Phoenix LiveView, PostgreSQL

Responsibilities
- Implement scaling of the case detection process (scanner)
- Split API into multiple services
- Emulate pub/sub and cloud run locally
- Contribute to building and maintaining production systems
- Collaborate with distributed team members across time zones
- Ensure clear, respectful communication and disciplined problem-solving
Requirements
- 6+ years of professional software engineering experience
- 1+ year of experience with Elixir in production (recent experience)
- Proven track record of shipping and maintaining production systems
- Strong problem-solving skills and pragmatic product sense
- Excellent written and verbal communication in English (sufficient for technical interviews)
- Ability to work independently in a remote, async-first environment
Nice to have
- Phoenix LiveView in production
- PostgreSQL performance tuning and observability experience
- Infrastructure familiarity (GCP, K8s, Terraform) and CI/CD knowledge
- Security, reliability, and testing discipline
