Digis is seeking an ambitious Python Team Lead who is excited to be part of something big and take responsibility for the project’s success.
You will play a key role in a global, remote team, taking ownership of a new and innovative e-commerce project.

About the Project:
This is a dropshipping management platform created to help businesses automate and manage their stores and operational tasks.
The company’s cloud-based platform features stock monitoring, product data management, pricing optimization, a customer support management system, and other related features that help in finding store products with coupons, tracking work performances with the dashboard, overseeing prices and service changes as well as automate order processing.

Stage: 9 years on the market
Project Duration: long-term

Key Requirements:

• 5+ years of commercial development with Python 3
• 2+ years as a Team Lead, including mentoring and guiding team members
• 3+ years working with product (no outsoursing company)
• English language proficiency at B2+

• Plan and track features to ensure on-time delivery
• Support team development by solving challenges and fostering skill growth
• Maintain high standards of code quality and technical design
• Enhance workflows and processes for greater efficiency
