Position Overview:
The VP of HR / HR Director will develop and execute HR and recruitment strategies that support our business objectives. Key responsibilities include talent management, organizational development, performance management, training, and employee relations.
Key Responsibilities:
— Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with business goals.
— Manage recruitment and retention processes.
— Support employee development, engagement, and motivation.
— Oversee performance appraisal systems and compensation plans.
— Ensure legal compliance in HR practices.
Qualifications:
— 4+ years in HR with experience building processes from scratch in outsourcing/outstaffing companies.
— Experience in recruitment and talent acquisition.
— Successful team management of 10+ individuals.
— Strong commercial acumen and understanding of business operations.
— Proficiency with HR tools and data-driven decision-making.
— Excellent interpersonal and leadership skills.
