We are looking for a proactive Sales Partnership Manager to join our team!
Responsibilities:
- Working with outstaffing/subcontracting/outsourcing/referral systems and understanding the principles and intricacies of their operations.
- Working with spreadsheets, and Google Docs.
- Managing email campaigns across various channels, including Telegram and LinkedIn
- Creating white-label CVs in our company’s standards.
- Conducting interviews with other partner companies.
Requirements:
- 2 years of experience as a Sales Partnership Manager within the IT industry.
- Experience with outstaffing/subcontracting/outsourcing/referral partnership programs
- Experience with hiring through outstaffing/subcontracting
- Experience with various CRM systems.
- Experience in documentation and reporting
- Experience with email campaigns
- Experience using any AI / GPT is a plus
- Experience in recruitment is a plus.
- Upper-Intermediate English.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
