We are looking for a proactive Sales Partnership Manager to join our team!

Responsibilities:

  • Working with outstaffing/subcontracting/outsourcing/referral systems and understanding the principles and intricacies of their operations.
  • Working with spreadsheets, and Google Docs.
  • Managing email campaigns across various channels, including Telegram and LinkedIn
  • Creating white-label CVs in our company’s standards.
  • Conducting interviews with other partner companies.

Requirements:

  • 2 years of experience as a Sales Partnership Manager within the IT industry.
  • Experience with outstaffing/subcontracting/outsourcing/referral partnership programs
  • Experience with hiring through outstaffing/subcontracting
  • Experience with various CRM systems.
  • Experience in documentation and reporting
  • Experience with email campaigns
  • Experience using any AI / GPT is a plus
  • Experience in recruitment is a plus.
  • Upper-Intermediate English.
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills.
