— 5+ years of experience in progressively higher roles of IT leadership in outsourcing;
— 3+ year of experience in software development (.Net, Java etc.) and technical management of the development teams (Team Lead/Tech Lead etc.);
— 2+ year of Account Management/ Client Management in outsourcing;
— Strong experience in building and management of distributed development teams;
— Strong in People Management;
— Able to clearly communicate technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audience;

— Preparing, onboarding and managing of the outstaffing offshore team for different clients (development, QA, UI/UX etc.).
— Builds a quality relationship with clients and subcontractors. Be ready to business trips for each month.
— Communicate client’s needs and do on-site sales to cover customers pain in missed resources
— Supervises the processes and procedures, troubleshoots problems to ensure the continuity of outstaffing team operational.
— Responsible for coordination, evaluation, and continuous improvement of the department/team and creating a positive climate where people want to do their best.
— Cooperate with team members or team leaders, to help them with the delivery processes improvements
— Reporting ongoing status for each managed team for the stakeholders.
— Understand customer’s current and future business goals and ongoing IT issues to ensure business success.
— Participate in recruitment, help internal HR team to clarify new stuff requirements with a customer. Participate the interview processes.
