Solution Pre-Sales Manager

Hey there,

We are looking for a Solution Pre-Sale Manager with strong business analysis expertise and a solid tech background in IT or software development companies.
The ideal candidate is a strategic, business-minded professional who can bridge client needs and technical solutions, collaborating closely with Solution Architects and delivery teams to design effective, winning proposals.

This role blends analytical insight, exceptional communication skills, and strategic solution design. You will work directly with international clients, gather and interpret business requirements, and contribute to building scalable, efficient solutions that align with client objectives and delivery capabilities.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with clients during the pre-sales phase to understand business challenges, objectives, and success criteria
• Translate business needs into clear functional and technical requirements for Solution Architects and delivery teams
• Contribute analytical and strategic insights across diverse industries and project domains
• Build strong, trust-based relationships with clients and internal stakeholders
• Support proposal development, solution presentations, and client demonstrations
• Perform in-depth business analysis, including requirements gathering, gap assessments, and process mapping

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, Delivery Manager, or Project Manager within an IT or software company
• Strong understanding of the software development lifecycle, delivery models, and estimation practices
• Solid technical foundation and ability to engage with technical teams
• Proven expertise in requirements elicitation, documentation, and business process analysis
• Excellent command of English (C1+), both written and spoken
• Strong analytical mindset, structured communication, and a client-oriented approach

Nice to have:

• Proficiency in an additional EU language besides English
