We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Legal Advisor to join our legal team in Kyiv to provide legal support across a wide range of areas. This is a fantastic opportunity to work in a dynamic environment of IT industry, contribute to cross-border operations, and grow professionally in an international setting.

Who we’re looking for:

• 3-5 years of professional experience
• Professional experience in IT, FinTech
• Experience in supporting export operations
• Strong knowledge (both theoretical and practical) of Ukrainian civil, corporate,
  commercial, IP and tax law
• Fluency in English and Ukrainian (including legal drafting)
• Excellent writing and editing skills in both languages
• Fast learner with strong attention to details
• Hard-working, responsible, and well-organized
• Self-motivated and able to handle a wide range of legal matters

What you’re going to do:

• Provide day-to-day legal support to the company’s business activities
• Draft and review a wide range of legal documents, including applications, letters, powers of attorney, resolutions, and forms
• Support and further develop the company’s corporate structure across multiple jurisdictions
• Draft, review, and negotiate various commercial contracts
• Modify and adapt existing agreements (e.g., software development, lease agreements)
• Conduct legal research on diverse topics
• Monitor legislative changes, update relevant teams, and provide legal insights and summaries
• Collaborate closely with management and the finance team
• Communicate effectively with external service providers, consultants, and clients across different jurisdictions
