Lead Full Stack developer (Team Lead) (вакансія неактивна)

We are looking for the Lead Full Stack developer (Team Lead) for the client’s teams. We are open to an engineer with a solid professional background in PHP development and a high level of problem solving.

Main requirements:
— 5+ years of work experience in PHP.
— Mastery in at least one major PHP framework (Phalcon, Laravel, Symfony, etc.)
— Strong experience with ReactJS ( be it vanilla React or with Next.js)
— In — depth understanding of MySQL and Redis
— Familiarity with Kafka ( huge plus)
— At least Upper — Intermediate level of English

As a plus:
— Node.js proficiency, especially with websockets
— Acquaintance with TypeScript
— Previous team/tech leading experience

Responsibilities:
— Architect, design, and develop innovative solutions for our platform
— Collaborate closely with our teams to provide optimal solutions for our customers
— Ensure code quality and maintainability by evolving architecture and tech stack, code reviews, and PR merges.
— Act as a guiding light, addressing problems/blockers/issues for our sizable technical teams.
