About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced Full-Stack Lead Developer with strong PHP and React skills to join our team. In this leadership role, you’ll be at the forefront of architectural decisions and development, working closely with cross-functional teams to ensure optimal solutions for our clients. This is an exciting opportunity to guide and mentor a sizable technical team, solve complex challenges, and lead by example in delivering high-quality, scalable solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Platform Architecture and Development: Architect, design, and build innovative and scalable solutions for our platform.
2. Collaborative Problem-Solving: Work closely with cross-functional teams to provide tailored, effective solutions for clients.
3. Code Quality and Maintenance: Uphold and improve code quality and maintainability through evolving architecture, code reviews, and managing PR merges.
4. Team Leadership and Guidance: Act as a mentor and problem-solver, addressing blockers, challenges, and technical issues for a sizable team of developers.

Must-Have Qualifications:

• PHP Expertise: Senior-level experience in PHP, with proficiency in designing and building applications using this foundational language.
• PHP Framework Mastery: In-depth experience with at least one major PHP framework, such as Laravel, Symfony, or Phalcon.
• React Proficiency: Strong expertise in ReactJS, whether with vanilla React or frameworks like Next.js.
• Database Skills: Solid understanding of MySQL and Redis, with experience in managing data efficiently.
• Kafka Familiarity: Knowledge of Kafka is a significant advantage for handling distributed data streaming.

Nice-to-Have Qualifications:

• Node.js Skills: Proficiency in Node.js, particularly with web sockets for real-time application features.
• TypeScript Knowledge: Familiarity with TypeScript for building type-safe applications.
• Leadership Experience: Prior experience as a team or tech lead, especially if you’ve successfully managed teams of 7+ and resolved technical blockers and challenges.
