We are looking for a Lead Generation Manager who will join the team in Kyiv or Bratislava office.

What You’ll Be Doing In The Role:

  • Developing and implementing lead-generation strategies and tactics that meet the company’s business goals
  • Conducting lead generation campaigns via LinkedIn, email and other channels
  • Communicating with potential customers to understand their needs and helping them find solutions to their problems
  • Monitoring competitor activity in the marketplace to identify new opportunities for business growth
  • Identifying the target audience for a particular campaign
  • Coordinating with other departments within the company to ensure that all leads are followed up on efficiently
  • Tracking lead generation results to determine which tactics are most effective and should be continued or eliminated
  • Reviewing current leads to decide whether or not they should be converted into sales opportunities or discarded as dead ends
  • Managing communications with leads until leads are qualified

The Ideal Candidate has:

  • At least 1 year of experience in the same position
  • Excellent English skills (verbal and written)
  • Familiarity with LinkedIn and LinkedIn Sales navigator
  • Understanding of the software industry
  • Experience using some CRM or sales tracking systems
  • Experience working with the US, and European leads and knowledge in selling technology services
  • Patience, dedication, and focus
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Desire to improve your analytical and communication skills, and you are willing to take the initiative as well as the responsibility
  • Strategic perception

Even Better If You Have Any of the Following:

  • Experience working with the DACH market
  • Ability to speak/read German
