Main requirements:
— The candidate will be responsible for defining marketing solutions and strategy as part of a multifunctional leadership team.
— Must have marketing leadership, planning, and strategy execution experience.
— Ability to execute the plan is critical.
— Defining, monitoring, and reporting KPI.
— Working with Sales, Presales, Leadgen teams, and external vendors on defining, coordinating, and executing a shared marketing plan.

Functions:
— Develop and execute the marketing plan to drive pipeline coverage in North America and worldwide.
— Work with internal HR to create and execute a marketing plan for employer brand promotion in local markets.
— Execute regional campaigns to acquire or expand target accounts, working closely with our leadership team.
— Work with the wider sales team to execute those campaigns for other regions.
— Utilize a variety of channels, including but not limited to SMM, SEO, Paid ads, Email campaigns, etc.
— Understand the companies value proposition and be able to adapt it for your market as needed.
— Be the marketing voice for North America, highlighting local needs and expectations to the leadership team.
