The IT Specialist would focus on the tier 1/2 level ticketed requests as well as owning much of the onboarding/deployment process for Kyiv’s new hires and managing the access permissions and elevating more complicated scenarios to appropriate teams within SG org. They would also be responsible for troubleshooting/maintaining computer equipment in the office as well as frontal support for the user and any additional items related to ongoing projects that will be assigned to them.
Below is a list of the skills someone in this position will require at least to be familiar with while working in this position, though other applications/tools will inevitably be used as well:
— Onboarding of users and deployment of hardware to new hires utilizing:
-Active Directory (ARS)
-Office365
-JAMF
-SCCM
-Okta SSO
— Ticket workflow within Jira (both SciPlay and SG instances of this application)
— Experience working in and troubleshooting both Windows & Mac environments
— Experience administering, utilizing, and troubleshooting SharePoint
— Experience imaging machines utilizing PxEboot (Windows) and JAMF/MDM (Mac)
— Experience within AWS environments depends on the advanced knowledge and successful goals reaching.
— Must have — at least intermediate level of English (verbal/writing skills)
— Advantage — Microsoft MCSE/MCITP Certifications
