Experience in specification of SW application related requirements (in current case esp. Cloud technology based applications)
MS Office Word, Excel, Power Point, Visio
Documentation skills (JIRA, Confluence)
Understanding of Scrum, Agile methodology
Good verbal and written communication skills in English (min. B1)
Good analytical, conceptual thinking skills, strong troubleshooting skills

Knowledge of UX principles

Work closely with stakeholders to determine acceptable solutions
Facilitating the negotiation of requirements among multiple stakeholders
Create a complete picture of user story relevant workflows and functional requirements which are targeted to be fulfilled by our software products
Create functional requirements in use cases/user stories, define acceptance criteria regarding to user story fulfillment. Coordinate requirements walk-through and signoffs, verifying with user representatives/ stakeholders that use cases and process models accurately portray specific business needs
Facilitating design sessions with the R&D team to define the solution
Defining and documenting elements of systems design, including data migration rules, business rules, wireframes, or other relevant components

We are looking for a Business Analyst who will work closely with multiple stakeholders from around the world. If you are keen on Agile methodology, this is the role for you! All processes will be conducted within Agile.

This position will be a member of the Retail Software Product Management team, a team that is focused on new product innovation and development to bring new solutions to a global customer base.

In your role, you will be responsible for analysis of business and legal requirements, further specification of the functional and non-functional requirements and alignment with all stakeholders in development cycle: customer, product management, development etc.
