As an SDR (Outbound) Intern, you will support our sales team by building and executing outbound prospecting campaigns. This role is ideal for someone who wants to start a career in B2B SaaS sales, gain hands-on experience with lead generation, cold outreach, and CRM operations, and grow into a full-time SDR or Junior Sales role.
You will work closely with Sales, Marketing teams and learn how modern outbound sales engines are built and scaled.
Your responsibilities will include:
1. Lead Generation
- Identify potential leads within our pre-defined ICPs and Buyer Personas
- Research and gather key prospect data: industry, company size, geography, decision-makers, and contact details
- Search, validate, and enrich contacts using prospecting and data tools
- Build and maintain targeted contact lists for outbound campaigns
- Assist in writing and refining email and LinkedIn outreach messages and sequences
2. Cold Outreach & Campaign Management
- Set up and manage outbound email and LinkedIn campaigns
- Support creation and optimization of multi-step outreach sequences
- Monitor email deliverability, domain reputation, and sending infrastructure
- Track and maintain social media outreach quality and reputation
- Ensure database hygiene: bounce checks, suppression lists, duplicates, and spam-risk indicators
3. Operational & Reporting Tasks
- Keep CRM (HubSpot) and internal databases (Excel) clean and up to date
— notes, lifecycle stages, tags, outreach activity - Prepare regular outbound performance reports, including:
— open rates
— reply rates
— positive responses
— meeting bookings and conversions - Support the team in achieving KPIs related to:
— response quality
— booked meetings
— sales Accepted Leads (SALs)
Requirements:
- Strong interest in B2B sales, outbound prospecting, or SaaS
- Upper-intermediate or higher English level (written and spoken)
- Good research, analytical, and communication skills
- Attention to detail and willingness to work with data and CRM systems
- Self-motivated, curious, and eager to learn sales processes
- Basic understanding of sales funnels or software products is a plus
- Previous internship or sales experience is a bonus, but not required
