Sales Operations Specialist (вакансія неактивна)

We are looking for a Sales Support Specialist to join Growth team with focus on the Nordic market. You will work under the management of the Head of Growth and collaborate with an experienced Sales Executive from Denmark and a great DICEUS team.

Requirements:

• 1+ year of SDR, Sales Support/Ops experience;
• Experience with IT outsourcing services;
• Fluent English;
• Experience with CRM software (Hubspot).

Responsibilities:

• Helping Sales Team with sales-related inquiries;
• Collaborating with Sales and Delivery teams to respond to sales requests, RFI/RFP;
• Market research and search for prospects;
• Help with conducting email campaigns;
• Help with qualifying/scoring inquiries;
• Handle responses, schedule appointments, follow-ups;
• Suggest improvements to ideal customer profiles;
• Update CRM with information on customer and lead (Hubspot);
• Help with administration of Contract Repository and Contract Management process.

Optional Responsibilities:

• Review, evaluate and update current processes;
• Legal papers review and preparation with necessary assistance from the Legal team.
