Diceus helps tech companies scale up their teams with efficient staff augmentation. That is why our Recruitment team is looking for you — an individual, who will share our common goal to match the right people with the right projects.
As part of our team, you will demonstrate your skills and expertise working for great companies from the USA, Middle East, and Europe.

Requirements:
• At least 1 year of experience in IT recruitment;
• Experience in hiring PHP and Vue JS developers;
• Understanding of full-cycle recruitment process;
• At least strong intermediate English (written and spoken);
• Excellent oral and written communication skills;
• Result orientation, personal responsibility;
• Ability to work as a team player;
• Readiness to work from the Kyiv office.

Responsibilities:
• Search for a wide range of IT professionals (Software Engineers, Designers, QA, and Architects) as well as non-technical corporate roles;
• Search for talents using several channels (LinkedIn, GitHub, Stack Overflow, job boards, social media, internal database);
• Create a wide Talent pool and update CV search database;
• Pre-screen and interview candidates to define skills, knowledge, and experience according to position requirements;
• Perform as the primary contact point for candidates and conduct the full recruiting cycle (communicate status, answer questions, and coordinate all follow-up efforts);
• Coordinate all interview stages (technical, project, and customer interviews);
• Communicate regarding recruiting achievement, provide updates to all stakeholders through meetings, email updates, etc;
• Create and extend the recruiting pipeline, maintain a database of candidates and recruitment-related reports.
