HR Business Partner (вакансія неактивна)

Responsibilities:

• Conduct regular 1×1 meetings with employees from the respective projects and departments.
• Work closely with management and employees to ensure proper onboarding, improve work relationships, build morale, and increase productivity and retention.
• Consult with line management, providing HR guidance when appropriate.
• Analyze trends and metrics in partnership with the HR team colleagues to develop solutions, programs and policies.
• Maintain in-depth knowledge of legal requirements related to day-to-day management of employees, reducing legal risks and ensuring regulatory compliance. Partner with the legal department as needed.
• Provide performance management guidance to business unit managers.
• Provide guidance and interpretation on corporate and HR policies and procedures.
• Support in developing contract terms for new hires, promotions and transfers.
• Provide guidance and input on business unit restructures, workforce planning and succession planning.
• Identify training needs for employees of business units and managers’ individual development needs.
• Provide C&B services

Requirements:

• Proven work experience as an HR business partner or HR Generalist −3-4+ years
• Excellent people management skills
• Analytical and goal oriented
• Demonstrable experience with HR metrics
• Thorough knowledge of labor legislation
• Full understanding of all HR functions and best practices
• Degree in Human Resources or related field
