• Maintain, update, support and troubleshoot the application and Windows Servers including Server Version 2016 and Ubuntu.
• Monitor virtual and physical server resources for high CPU/memory usage, low disk space,etc.
• Administer Windows domain (AD, DHCP, DNS, GPO, VPN)
• Create and administer backups of files and critical servers, and perform regular test restores
• Push Microsoft and application patches to servers and PC’s using WSUS and PDQ
• Update and maintain virus protection to both servers and workstations
• Azure Active Directory
