About the role:
We’re looking for a results-driven Marketing Project Manager to coordinate and optimise the work of our SEO, Media Buying, ASO, and Affiliate teams. You’ll manage project timelines, ensure smooth cross-team collaboration, and drive efficient execution of marketing initiatives across all performance channels.
Responsibilities:
- Plan, assign, and track marketing projects across SEO, Media Buying, ASO, and Affiliate teams.
- Ensure alignment between channels, deadlines, and business goals.
- Coordinate creative production, campaign launches, and performance tracking.
- Use project management tools (Asana, Jira, Trello) to monitor progress and report results.
- Budget control and payments.
- Optimise workflows and improve cross-team communication and efficiency.
Requirements:
- 2+ years of experience in marketing project management or similar roles.
- Strong understanding of SEO, paid media, ASO, and affiliate operations.
- Excellent organisational and communication skills.
- Experience with project management systems and performance marketing metrics.
- Good English (B2-C1 or higher); other languages are a plus.
