We are looking for a Product Lead who will take full ownership of one of our online casino products built on a third-party white-label platform. This role offers high autonomy, direct impact on business performance, and the opportunity to shape both the product and the future product function within the company.
Responsibilities:
Product Ownership
- Full end-to-end responsibility for the development and performance of one casino brand on a WL platform.
- Building and maintaining the product roadmap: features, UX improvements, promotions, integrations.
- Managing tasks via the platform provider’s Jira.
- Overseeing development cycles, QA, and releases.
- Prioritizing improvements based on platform limitations and SLAs.
Cross-Department Coordination
- Acting as the central communication point between CRM, Design, Marketing, VIP, Support, and the platform provider.
- Ensuring flawless delivery of promotions, tournaments, user flows, and on-site journeys.
- Maintaining ongoing communication with Account Managers from the platform.
Analytics & Optimization
- Monitoring and analyzing key KPIs: Registration → FTD → Retention → LTV.
- Building hypotheses and driving improvements in conversion, UX, bonus systems, and game lobby performance.
- Reviewing provider data, promotion results, and player behavior insights.
Building the Product Function
- Defining the future structure of the product team as the brand scales.
- Establishing product processes: planning, release cycles, QA standards, backlog grooming.
- Implementing best practices for documentation and cross-team collaboration.
Organizational Ownership
- Maintaining product documentation, business logic, and processes in Confluence.
- Reporting product performance, opportunities, and roadmap updates to senior management.
- Translating strategic objectives into actionable product tasks.
Requirements:
- Experience in iGaming (online casino).
- Strong understanding of white-label / third-party platforms.
- Solid product management skills: roadmapping, prioritization, feature ownership.
- Experience with Jira, Confluence, and structured task management.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder-management skills.
- Ability to deliver results despite WL platform constraints by negotiating, pushing, and finding workarounds.
