HR background (preferably compensation and benefits)
• Proficient in English, with excellent verbal and written communication skills.

• Experience using database systems and creating numerical and quantitative reports.
• Excellent numeracy and analytical skills.
• Degree qualified in HR, Finance, Business or Psychology related degree.

• Assisting with the running of annual and regular Reward programs (including Salary Review, bonus plans, recognition awards, benefit plans and share plans).
• Processing Leavers in the Share Plan system in a timely manner.
• Updating Share Plan data with up-to-date employee information on a monthly basis.
• Issuing and uploading share award certificates on employee profiles.
• Supporting an efficient benchmarking service for new positions and employee life cycle changes, through preparing and analysing market benchmark data.
• Supporting the annual data submission of salary and benefit surveys globally, and analyse survey results.
• Maintaining an up-to-date database holding Dialog’s global benefit offerings.
• Assist with global benefit renewals.
• Maintaining global benefit communications.
• Assisting with the preparation of data and reporting, for ad-hoc, regular and monthly dashboard reporting.
• Supporting modelling and accurate data reporting on Reward programs to facilitate budget and business decisions.
• Supporting data gathering and analysis for annual reporting requirements.
• Preparing and updating presentations and intranet site content on reward topics.
Carrying out Reward related projects as requested by the team; (including Director, Global Reward, HR Business Partners or SVP HR).
