— 5+ years of experience with technical and commercial responsibility (preferably semiconductor industry)
— Industrial Engineer, Technician or specialist with related commercial and technical education
— Good user knowledge of SAP/Other ERP Production Planning/ Supply chain Planning module & Master Data
— Knowledge of production flows in the semiconductor- or related electronics industry
— Understanding of capacity constraints, inventory levels and supplier forecasting
— Solid experience in Project Management, working in project environment
— Excellent Business English, written and verbal communication skills

— Strong problem solving and analytical skills
— Good presentation skills
— Strong interpersonal skills including teamwork, facilitation and negotiation
— Works within a team and with other departments on daily tasks and improvements

— Ensuring planning parameters are maintained accurately for system to generate useable output
— Creation of Supplier Loading forecast to meet end Customer demand
— Capacity Planning for the Supply Chain Org- Both tactical & Strategic planning
— Leadframes/ Substrates planning / monitoring to make sure smooth flow of backend loading
— Monitoring Inventories across various stages at suppliers/ system & providing projections to Management
