• Prepare journal entries in two accounting programs (1c 8.3 and SAP);
• Prepare payment orders;
• Administer accounts receivable and accounts payable;
• Assist with payroll calculation;
• Account/bank reconciliations;
• Review and process expense reports;
• Assist with month-end and year-end closings;
• Prepare accurate work papers.
